The Retreats

"Certainly, travel is more than the seeing of sights;

it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living."

These retreats are created for a woman standing at a crossroads… what I call the Time of Enodia — the sacred crossroads of midlife.

It is no accident that you feel restless here. This is the threshold where the choices you make begin shaping not just the next decade, but the legacy of your becoming. Our retreats are the intentional pause at that intersection — the space to look clearly down each path, to lay down the maps written by others, and to choose the direction that leads toward your most powerful, most authentic self. Like a torch in the dark, this experience is designed to illuminate what has always been waiting within you.

This is not a vacation, though it unfolds in breathtaking and energetically potent places — from the lush greens of Ireland to the volcanic shores of Iceland, from the vibrant labyrinths of Marrakech and beyond. Beauty is not incidental here; it is part of the initiation. Each retreat is carefully curated, deeply intentional, and woven to stir the soul. Luxury is present, but it is not the point. The point is transformation.

We gather in a circle of trust to honor the wisdom you have gathered across decades — the triumphs, the heartbreaks, the roles you have inhabited, the resilience you have embodied. Together, we gently and firmly release the outdated stories and limiting identities that no longer fit.

This is courageous self-discovery.

This is radical self-acceptance.

This is the reclamation of authorship.

Before, she may say, “I’m stuck. I’m restless. I don’t know what I want anymore.”

After, she knows who she is becoming — and trusts herself enough to walk toward her, fully, authentically, unapologetically.

 The What…

The time is now.

This is not a dress rehearsal.

It is time to reclaim your story, to write your own legend, not just for your own joy and fulfillment, but for the profound and beautiful legacy you are destined to create for your family, your community, and the world.

Commit to your becoming.

 The Why…

Why? There are the reasons we give out loud… we need rest. We long for connection. We just want space to think. All of this is true - but it is not the pulse beneath the surface. Beneath it is something wilder.

Midlife is not a crisis to survive; it is an initiation to walk through. After decades of tending, building, achieving, performing - after years of being what was needed - we reach a quiet threshold. The roles begin to loosen. The old identities no longer fit. And somewhere deep inside, a voice rises: Who am I now, when I am no longer becoming who the world asked me to be?

We have been handed a story about aging that whispers diminishment.

It is a lie.

This season is not about fading - it is about ignition. And yet so many women who appear accomplished, admired, and “together” are privately starving for something truer. Success has fed the résumé, but not the soul.

Reinvention is sacred work. Identity death is tender. Rebirth is disorienting. This kind of becoming asks for witnesses - for women who will sit at the edge of the fire with you and say, I see you. Keep going. Cracking open is braver in community. Safer. Holier.

This retreat exists because women are standing at a rite of passage no one is naming. It is a crossing. A shedding. A reclamation of authorship. It is the moment a woman stops living as a character in someone else’s story and begins writing her own - with a steadier hand, a fuller voice, and a truth that is no longer negotiable.

“My trip to Marrakech with Jen came at an important turning point in my life. The spirit of curiosity, presence, and adventure that was created through the retreat was a transformational experience that helped remind me who I am as a person and where I wanted to go with my future path. The magic of Morocco is singular with sights and sounds that will change your perspective of yourself and the world around you. If you feel called to the invitation to go, I encourage you to jump at the chance.”

“The sights, sounds, and smells of Marrakech are etched in my mind forever. Such a wonderful place to explore with my closest friend and new friends. The sunsets, architecture, and textiles were visually inspiring. The call to prayer was so powerful, something I didn’t know I needed to experience until I finally did. I discovered moroccan tea and the exquisite scent of amber. It was an unforgettable experience that I will forever treasure. I would absolutely recommend visiting Marrakech, especially with Jenifer. She makes adventures memorable and magical.”

“Adventuring with Jen in Morocco was more than I could have envisioned. The curated, enchanting day trips were filled with authentic and intentional connections. For the balance of bustle and Medina-life, Peacock Pavilions was our home base oasis, and the staff there always made you feel special. The Moroccan meals and truths we shared together are times I will treasure. The scent of orange blossoms in the air, the warm fireplaces, and the gorgeous olive grove make the property incredibly alluring and welcoming.”

Inspired by shadow

“There lies truth in the Shadows. In these dark caverns is where we find our true selves - most often at the crossroads of mid-life.”

After serving as a salty sailor in the US Navy for nearly eight years, I studied Design and Art History and have worked for two decades as an editorial photographer and creative director. And - I've written a few books.

But my passion is Sisterhood. With over 30 years of extensive study around spiritualism, mythology and art history, I now work with women/femmes to reconnect to the power of the primordial Goddess.

I have led retreats in both Morocco and Iceland - bringing my unique vision to intimate and inspiring settings.
