Held in the season of Pomona's ancient feast, this evening is quietly shaped by her spirit. Pomona, Roman goddess of orchards, fruit, and abundance - was not a goddess of war or thunder or dramatic intervention. She was a goddess of patient, purposeful tending. Of trusting the process. Of knowing that what is cultivated with care will, in its own time, come to fullness.

The night will unfold slowly and with intention, a dinner prepared with care and set at a table dressed in the warm richness of late summer.
