Lady Enodia is officially open… and with it, our new collection : Weeping Aegis.

In Greek mythology, the Aegis was a breastplate worn by Athena. In Egyptian mythology - it is a large, protective neckpiece.

I am drawn to the metaphor of armor now more than ever.

The Weeping Aegis collection was inspired by the world as we now know it.

Full of heartbreak, grief, and tears. But also one that we must battle for everyday.

As we walk through the world cloaked in invisible armor, we use mantras, prayer and meditation to guide our thoughts and allow us the perseverance to carry on.

But what if we took a moment to create ritual around the physical idea of armor; as if nothing can penetrate the proverbial shield of our energy.
